Author Guidelines

Welcome to ACAD WISE Publisher. We appreciate your interest in publishing with us. These guidelines are intended to assist authors in preparing their manuscripts for submission. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth peer review and publication process.

1. Scope and Aims

ACAD WISE publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed, open access journals across a wide range of scientific, technical, clinical, and academic disciplines. Authors are encouraged to ensure their manuscripts align with the scope and aims of the specific journal they are submitting to.

2. Manuscript Types

We accept the following types of articles:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Case Reports/Case Studies
  • Short Communications
  • Editorials
  • Letters to the Editor
  • Perspectives/Commentaries
  • Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses

3. Manuscript Preparation

3.1 General Formatting

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • File format: Submit manuscripts as Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) files.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.5 cm) on all sides
  • Page numbers: Include page numbers on all pages.

3.2 Structure of the Manuscript

Most manuscripts should follow the IMRAD format:

  • Title Page: Title, authors' names and affiliations, corresponding author’s email
  • Abstract: 150–300 words (structured or unstructured depending on article type)
  • Keywords: 4–9 keywords
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  • Conflict of Interest Statement
  • Funding Statement
  • References

4. Figures and Tables

  • Submit high-resolution figures in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format.
  • Tables must be editable and placed within the main document near their first citation.
  • Provide figure legends and table captions.

5. References

  • Use a consistent citation style (e.g., Vancouver, APA, Harvard) as specified by the journal.
  • All references should be cited in the text and listed at the end.
  • Include DOI numbers when available.

6. Ethical Considerations

  • Plagiarism: All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Human/Animal Subjects: Provide ethical approval details and informed consent statements where applicable.
  • Authorship: All listed authors should have made a significant contribution to the work.

7. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission portal or via email as specified on the journal website.
  • Corresponding author must ensure all authors approve the final version before submission.

8. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening (Pre-QC) followed by peer review.
  • The review process may result in one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
  • Revised manuscripts should be submitted with a detailed response to reviewers' comments.

9. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • ACAD WISE journals operate on an open access model. An APC may be applicable for accepted articles. Please refer to the respective journal's website for fee details.
  • Invited authors and those affiliated with institutions in low-income countries may be eligible for discounts or waivers. Authors are strongly encouraged to review the publication fees before submitting their manuscripts. All requests for fee waivers or discounts must be made at the time of submission. Please note that there are no charges for manuscript submission; Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable only upon acceptance.

10. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their articles.
  • All articles are published under a Creative Commons license (usually CC BY), allowing unrestricted use with appropriate credit.

11. Post-publication

  • Authors will receive a link to their published article and may share it freely.
  • Any post-publication corrections or retractions will follow COPE guidelines.
