Dr. Zalikha Al-Marzouqi, Senior Lecturer at Oman College of Health Sciences- North Batinah Branch (OCHS-NB). I am the Maternal Health Nursing coordinator and Research and EBP coordinator. Also, I am a coordinator in the Alumni Committee at OCHS-NB and a member of the Research Committee and Community Outreach Committee. In addition, I am a member of the task force for curriculum development in research and EBP subjects. I am an editorial member at American Journal of Business Science Philosophy. I am also A member in Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honour Society of Nursing. A member in Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Alpha Beta Delta Chapter. A member in Program committee of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Alpha Beta Delta Chapter in collaboration with Sultan Qaboos University to organize educational programs. A Member at Phi Gamma Chapter to organize research conference program. I have experience in nursing education, particularly in maternal and child health nursing, and leadership and management, community health nursing for more than 23 years. I had a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Villanova University in the USA in 2002 and a Master's in Nursing and Education from Uclan University in the UK in 2006. I had a PhD in Nursing from the University of Manchester in the UK in 2020. In addition, I have attended several training workshops and conferences in nursing education and research at national and international levels. I am interested in the research area of Maternal health and nursing education. I have conducted and participated in many research studies in my area of interest (national and international level) and published most of my studies. I have experience in qualitative research methods and methodology. I am also a reviewer for the research ethics review committee at college and the Ministry of Health levels in Oman (North Batinah Governorate and Burimi Governorate). I am also a reviewer at many international journals (PLOS ONE, UOS, SABR) and an external reviewer for many national and international students' research projects.
